We start with an induction to discover the reason and your goals behind seeking help.
During this 90 minute session we will cover Cobi's tips on how to eat well.
We will break down a 'usual day' of your eating and make some small and achievable changes to help improve and achieve your health goals.
We will then help change your habits through some mindset training that will be easy to change and easier to maintain.
This can be a one of session or you can book on a regular basis to ensure you are staying on track (recommenmded at least two sessions).
