We start with an induction form (prior to appointment) to discover the reason and your goals behind seeking help.
During this 60 minute session we will cover Cobi's 'big 5' on how to eat well.
We will break down a 'usual day' of your eating and make some small and achievable changes to help improve and achieve your health goals.
This can be a one of session or you can book on a regular basis to ensure you are staying on track.
