Eat Well, Think Well, Move Well

Eat well, think well, move well. This was a concept taught to me many years ago from my good friend and mentor Dr. Nathan Lauenstein.

To me, the moving well piece came easy and I made a career, both in the Army and as a gym owner, helping people move well and enjoy training. My passion is helping people to change their lives and those of the lives around them, and fitness, or moving well, is just one piece of the puzzle.

The think well part was a daily practice and my two biggest mentors in this, are Rob Forte and Rohan Gazzard. With their knowledge, experience and mentorship, I have the tools to help people reach their potential and change their lives through how they think, react and respond to situations. This piece is tough and takes practice… I can and I will.

I have had an interest in nutrition as long as I’ve had an interest in fitness and have been learning, experiencing, helping people change their lives through fitness and nutrition since 2007. My first nutrition mentor was Dr. Nathan Lauenstein who would teach me food is more than just fuel…and so much more.

I have only recently decided to take it one step further and add Nutrition Coaching to my repertoire, through Precision Nutrition. After many, many years wanting to pursue this at University, which may still happen one day, I can now use the 10 plus years of nutrition education, experience and knowledge to help people to perform their best.

This now completes the triangle of ‘health’, now being able to offer my experience and expertise in fitness, nutrition and mindset to help people to lead a healthier, happier and more fulfilling lifestyle and be in peak physical and mental performance for their chosen sport.

I have helped change the lives of so many people around the country. From stepping in to a gym for the first time, to eating their first vegetables, to believing they can achieve their goals (and going on to do so). I have helped Sports People, Army members, Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Mums, Dads, Accountants, you name it I can help.
